Fenya's Finds offers the following Returns Policy: 

refund policy for jewelry

Every piece of jewelry is hand crafted and may have slight imperfections.  This is the beauty of the jewelry being hand crafted and unique.  If you are not completely happy with your one-of-a-kind jewelry, just send it back within 30 days from date of purchase for either a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). There are no refunds on custom pieces.

repairs & damages

Fenya's Finds guarantees all jewelry to be without defect.  If your jewelry piece needs repair just email FenyasFinds@hotmail.com to obtain a RA#.  There will be a fee, depending on the damage incurred.
